The Aničić Family and their assistants will welcome you to their grandparents’ century-old home. The property has been renovated with love and with their desire to bring this space to life again.
The Aničić Family has been in the tourism business since 2005. The renovations on the Villas Merula houses were completed in 2016.
The owners ́ taste and love to inspiring details and uncompromising comfort inside is also reflected in all outdoor areas. Villaa Merula are only seven kilometres from the city of Labin in Istria. The road from Labin leads you through scented Mediterranean forests and fields filled with indigenous wild and medicinal plants. Slowly but surely you drive up a slight incline and once you start to think that this road may never end, your patience is awarded by a breathtaking view that opens up in all directions.
