The spacious veranda with magnificent views over the beautiful coast and the sea also contributes to the most privileged ambience of this luxury holiday home.
The house also offers an outside dining area with barbecue,where you can prepare your own versions of the region’s specialities.
The Villa itself is surrounded by an inspiring, well-groomed Mediterranean garden. There are many cozy and shady places to choose from, either to unwind in privacy or to socialize with the family or friends.

Spectacular views of gentle green hills dropping into the deep blue sea can be enjoyed from the elevated position of the large pool (10x5 meters) with solar shower, embedded into the 100 m² big terrace. Comfortable chill-out furniture invite to unwind the soul and to enjoy spectacular sunsets in the evenings with a cool cocktail or a fine local wine.
In order to make your stay even more comfortable, the pool is equiped with salt water electrolysis to eliminate the chemical products. The water quality is managed automatically, and you can be sure that the water is safe and clean at all times. The pool invites to enjoy the hydro-massage and to celebrate a most privileged Mediterranean lifestyle while relaxing on the bright step inside it.
In addition, the pool’s overnight cover helps maintain its temperature at a comfortable level all day. You can also enjoy the pool outside the main summer season, when the weather is cooler. Make arrangements for the pool to be heated during your holiday, at extra charge.

Villa Primela is ideal for six guests, with the possibility of accommodating two additional persons. It consists of the ground and upper floor. The impressive and spacious open plan living and dining room with open fire place opens to the covered 35 m2 terrace with the large outdoor dining table provides a marvelous sea view. Here you will also find a charming fully fitted kitchen directly linked with the outside dining area wit BBQ, a separate bathroom.
Parking is available within the property.
On the upper floor there are located three individually styled air-conditioned bedrooms, one large bathroom and a garderobe. All rooms are generously designed and decorated in high-class country-home style.
