When we receive the request for reservation, in the time frame of 24 hours we will send you an e-mail with the confirmation of your request, including the data of payment (advancement and the remaining amount), payment deadline and ways of payment.
After we confirm your reservation, we will provide you with a receipt for payment of 30% in advance. Please make the payment within 3 days as a guarantee of the reservation. Otherwise, your reservation will be canceled without any special notice.
The balance of the full amount has to be paid at least 30 days before your arrival date.
For reservations made within 30 days before the arrival date, the total amount of reservation must be paid in the next 24 hours.
Together with the invoice of the total amount we will provide you all the necessary documentation for your accommodation, including detailed instructions how to reach Villa Merula.
